The Allstate account was primarily focused on executive visibility. I drafted briefing books for CEO Tom Wilson that included biographies and media scans of panelists and moderators for conferences and summits at which he was speaking. I also compiled an 18-month plan to build the Allstate executive team's visibility, including speaking, media and networking opportunities. These events were focused on innovation, technology, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and the plan aimed to position each executive as a thought leader in the industry. 

 

For Ace Hardware, I was responsible for bi-weekly social media content calendars that included job postings, new business developments, company history, media coverage and philanthropy for the company's Glassdoor and LinkedIn pages. I also researched workplace awards that Ace could apply for and executed regular media scans of national, trade and regional publications. In July 2017, FTI received an RFP from Ace for its contract. In preparation for this pitch, I conducted an internal social media audit, competitive landscape and industry analysis.  

 
 

iamBank is a financial startup and banking company that came to FTI for assistance with investor relations, executive positioning, media relations and supplemental counsel before its launch in March 2018. For this account, I created a list of innovation, fintech, finance, technology and entrepreneurship conferences that iamBank's executive team could attend. I also carried out weekly media monitors of relevant coverage and potential placement opportunities. While developing iamBank's messaging, I gathered secondary research about the fintech space, consumer behavior and the relationship between young people and their banks. 

 
 

The United States Gypsum company is a manufacturer of construction products. For this retained client, I executed daily media scans to compile a monitor of USG, competitor, industry, and business and economic coverage. 

 
 

The summer 2017 interns were tasked with creating a fully developed new business pitch for Blue Apron following its initial public offering (IPO) in July. We gave a presentation to FTI leadership about the firm's capabilities, a situation analysis of Blue Apron and the meal kit market, recommended key message themes, a refreshed corporate narrative, tactics for reaching stakeholder audiences and measurements for success.
